CLIP ON hair extensions are the least permanent and most versatile of applications. Clip in hair extensions are the only accessory that can bring in the instant change in your style. They are highly effective and without the negative effects (such as traction alopecia) associated with glue extensions. CLIP-ONS are essentially WEFTS with small toupee clips sewn onto them. Usually a set of CLIP-ON extensions averages eight strips of varying widths (typically from 2 to 8 inches). You can custom order the set in the way you need – Number of pieces, width of each piece, number of clips/piece. Usually starting at the nape of the neck, hair is sectioned neatly and then the weft is fastened onto this section with the clips open and facing the scalp.

It is best to style both your own hair and the hair extensions before fitting them to your head. Some women wear CLIP-ONS just for a night out on the town while others wear them every day to work. We recommend CLIP-ONS must be removed before sleeping. CLIP ON Hair Extensions made of natural hair (as opposed to synthetic hair) are much more amenable to being styled, though some women simply choose to purchase a variety of CLIP-ON textures, colors (streaks) and lengths (as extensions, bangs, ponytails) for various occasions.

4 layered clip in hair extension pieces are made very thick with 4 tracks of hair sewed in together along with lace cover as shown in the picture below. Its basically customer’s choice on what they prefer – more number of pieces or just one thicker piece.
